About Me

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. From an early age, I was drawn to God, to altered states of consciousness, and to the paranormal. I was recognized as a young teenager in the Christian church for a natural ability to teach. I began to teach while also receiving mentorship.
In 2010, I left the Christian tradition as a spiritual seeker. I studied world religions, mysticism, science, philosophy, and metaphysics, eager to find out the truths that change us for the better. This is when my formal meditation study and practice began, which continues today.
I also deepened in my own professional development and personal healing. I received a Masters of Social Work degree and began what would become a successful career as a trauma psychotherapist. I engaged in many sessions of various modalities to address personal, generational, and collective trauma.
In 2011, I discovered the work of consciousness researcher and physicist Tom Campbell. I studied Tom’s work intensely for 6 years. In 2017, I attended an in-person immersive with Tom Campbell at the Monroe Institute. Over the next few years, I would go on to attend 12 more online immersive events afterward with Tom. From 2021-2025, I dedicated my life to more intensive study of MBT, meditation practice, and paranormal abilities. During this time I also was volunteering and supporting the larger MBT community through community organizing, leadership, and teaching.
In 2025, I began offering individual and group services for creatives, intuitives, and spiritual seekers who are looking for grounded metaphysics, trauma healing via a positive path, and a conscious lifestyle on and off the cushion for spiritual evolution.
