About Me
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. From an early age, I was drawn to God, to altered states of consciousness, and to the paranormal. I was recognized as a young teenager in the Christian church for a natural ability to teach. I immediately began to teach while also receiving mentorship.
At 20 years old, I left the Christian tradition as a spiritual seeker. It was the following year in 2011 I discovered the work of consciousness researcher and physicist Tom Campbell. I’ve been a student of Tom’s work since.
For the next 10 years, I deepened in my own personal and professional healing. I received a Masters of Social Work degree and started a successful career as a trauma psychotherapist. I received countless sessions to address unresolved personal as well as epigenetic trauma. All the while I was an ongoing a student and practitioner of meditation.
In 2017, I attended my first in-person immersive with Tom at the Monroe Institute. In 2021, I dedicated my life to more intensive study of MBT and meditation, prioritizing any and all live MBT Events with Tom and with the community.
At 33 years old, I committed myself to serving the MBT community and vision as the mission of my life. This included volunteering for MBT, starting community-centered programming for the MBT community, and stepping into a more explicit role of service through teaching and group facilitation.
