My work sits at the intersection of grounded metaphysics and clinical excellence. I support creatives, meditators, and spiritual seekers in navigating the bridge between their inner world and their daily lives.

My path began in the desert of Arizona, drawn early on to the nature of consciousness and the big questions of ‘the truths that change us.’ Over the last 15 years, that curiosity evolved into a dedicated meditation practice and a deep dive into the mechanics of the human soul.

I spent years studying world religions and science, eventually spending nearly a decade immersed in the consciousness research of physicist Tom Campbell (MBT). This gave me a framework for the ‘paranormal’ and the metaphysical that is grounded, practical, and focused on spiritual evolution.

While my heart is in the spiritual, my hands are trained in the clinical. I don’t just ‘hold space’, I understand the biology of transformation. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 14 years of professional experience helping people navigate the most complex parts of the human experience.
