Questions before we talk?

Here are the practical questions people most often ask before getting started.

Is this therapy?

No. My role on NathanRehm.com is as a coach and consultant. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a separate psychotherapy practice. Coaching here is not psychotherapy and does not create a therapist-client relationship.

How much do sessions cost?

My standard rate is $160 for a 50-minute coaching session or professional consultation. I maintain a limited number of reduced-rate appointments; if cost is a barrier, you are welcome to ask about availability.

Do you take insurance?

No. Coaching and professional consultation are not billed to health insurance.

Do I need to know which method or service I need?

No. You do not need to decide between meditation, somatic work, Organic Intelligence, or anything else before we speak. The first conversation is partly for figuring out whether I am a fit and what kind of work would make sense.

What happens during the free consultation?

It is a short conversation. You can tell me what you are looking for, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. If it seems like a good fit, we can talk about next steps. You do not need to prepare anything formal.

How do online sessions work?

Sessions are held online using Google Meet. You receive a meeting link and can join from a current browser or supported device.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card payment is processed through Stripe.

Can you complete paperwork for work, court, disability, custody, or accommodations?

No. Coaching is not an appropriate service for evaluations, treatment documentation, workplace accommodations, workers’ compensation, custody matters, or similar clinical/legal paperwork.

Still have a question?

You can ask it during the free consultation, or email me directly.
